There are no hidden prices or surcharges when booking with Belmont Go What you see is what you get (check our terms and conditions for full details).

We accept bank transfer or credit cards. If you choose to pay by credit card, a charge 8%.

All bookings which you make with Belmont GO are secure and safe. Belmont Go are part of The Belmont Group.

Please send an e-mail to groups@belmontgo.com confirming your party size, date of departure, and chosen resort name and how the party splits, so we can ensure the correct number of properties are quoted for along with your holiday budget, lead name and daytime contact details.

Once you have paid the deposit for your accommodation and or any other optional additions, we will also send you a personal email, which confirms everything you have booked with us together with your booking reference. We suggest you print this email and bring it with you for reference when you travel. .

We are please to offer a unique complimentary transfer service. You will receive an arrival and departure voucher and full instructions of where to collect your transfer.

We offer shuttle and private services. A shuttle is a shared service to the main holiday resorts. The size of vehicle and number of drop-offs are entirely dependent on the number of passengers arriving at a similar time to you and going to the same area. A shuttle could operate in a car, minibus or coach.

A private transfer is a door to door service with a vehicle is exclusively for your party.

Your private transfer vehicle can be upgraded to a VIP or Limo service.

Please ensure that when booking your holiday you advise the total number of passengers requiring a transfer include infants and children. Please also provide your mobile phone number so we can contact you whilst travelling and during your stay.

On arrival, once you have collected your bags and cleared Customs, make your way to the meeting place detailed on your booking instructions. If you can't find your driver or our representative, please call us on the emergency number detailed on your booking confirmation.

Booking Confirmation will be provided for you by email. Payment should be made at the time of collecting your car, normally in the arrivals hall at Faro Airport.

Should you wish to change any information details ie. Arrival times, mobile number please do this by visiting our website and clicking on 'Login to Your Account'. If you wish us to make the change there will be an administration charge. Please see our Terms & Conditions If you wish to change arrival or departure dates, resort, passenger numbers, or vehicle size details in your booking, please email us on go@belmontgo.com.

To cancel a booking you can do this online up to 5 days before departure by clicking on 'Login to Your Account'. All cancellations must be in writing from the lead passenger and are subject to our cancellation terms and conditions.~

Within 5 days of departure you will not be able to cancel on the website and must email go@belmontgo.com including the booking reference, departure date and lead name of the party. Please see our Terms & Conditions for more details.

We recommend all customers should travel with insurance.

You will be met at your accommodation by a Belmont Go representative. All of our properties have complimentary mobile phones supplied as standard with a 25€ complimentary credit. A 24 hour Concierge contact telephone number is already programmed into the telephone and you can contact them for help, advice and assistance with arranging babysitters, booking excersions, making dinner reservations, recommending beaches etc.

What time can I check in and out of my accommodation? Times vary from property to property. Normal check in is after 2pm. Normal check out time is between 10am-11am.

Please ask at time of booking and we will endeavour to assist. If the accommodation is no longer available due to another check in we try to provide an area where your luggage may be stored.
