How to Book
Booking your holiday with Belmont GO couldn’t be simpler.
STEP 1
Please ensure you have read the Terms and Conditions of our website before you choose from one of our fabulous properties.
STEP 2
Telephone us on 00351 965476497
Or
Complete our email booking request by going to the “Pack & GO - Book Now” section.
Or
Request a call back for further information from one of our Customer Service Advisors. These are located on each page or Click HERE.
Please note – Belmont Go will be taking online bookings from 1st August 2009.
STEP 3
We will telephone you during our opening hours (9am - 6pm, Monday to Saturday) to confirm the booking and payment.
To confirm your booking, you will need to pay a 25% with balance 6 weeks before your holiday. If the booking is within 6 weeks of departure the full amount will be required.
We accept payment by bank transfer or credit card.
An email confirmation of your booking will be sent to you along with a copy of our terms and conditions.
Due to high demand we are only able to reserve accommodation for 2 working days.
STEP 4
You will be contacted 14 days prior to departure to confirm arrival details.
Our website offers comprehensive information, however should you have any questions about our accommodation, holidays or have specific requests or requirements don’t hesitate to give us a bell on 00351 965476497 and ask us as many questions as you need. Cancellation Policy
If you or a member of your party needs to cancel your arrangements, the party leader must immediately advise us in writing by e-mail or fax.
The notice of cancellation takes effect from when it is received in our office.
The following cancellation charges will apply: -
| Between 42 days and 28 days | 25% charge |
| Between 27 days and 22 days | 50% charge |
| Between 21 days and 7 days | 90% charge |
| Between 7 days and departure date | 100% charge |
