- An independent person will randomly select the winner
- This competition closes on 24:00 on the 31st September 2009.
- The winner will be notified by email - this must be acknowledged within 72 hours.
- Failure to respond to this email means an alternative winner will be selected from all valid entries received.
- First prize includes
Transfers from Faro Airport, luxury accommodation for a family at a resort in the picturesque Western Algarve.
- Family of four assumes 2 adults and 2 children under 12 at the time of travel.
- Travel to and from the airport in the UK is not included and is the responsibility of the winner.
- The prize must be redeemed within 12 months of winning.
- Travel is not permitted over Christmas, New Year, Easter or during any other public holidays.
- Dates of travel are subject to availability at time of booking.
- It is the responsibility of those travelling to ensure they have correct documentation for travel including up to date passports and travel insurance.
- Responsibility will not be accepted for loss, delay and corruption of any data in transit or in the incomplete nature of any entries to the prize draw.
- Only one entry per email address will be accepted.
- The prize cannot be exchanged for a cash alternative.
